Kosorou oku poh di pogulu: I remembered a long time ago

Kosorou oku poh di tanganak oku poh, aiso poh toilaan ku, okon ko mambasa do buuk (I've remembered when I was a child, I knew nothing but reading books)

Buuk basaan ku (Books that I read);

Ih pogulu poh, amu oku kotutun nunu komoyon doh tolipoun, kompiuto, bidiu gem, om ogumu poh suai (Previously, I've never known the meaning of telephone, computer, video game, and many others). Tanak doh kampung bogia yoho ti (For, I am a village girl). Haro nopo masa ku om, mambasa noh karaja (I will read, whenever I have time)

Mambasa oku poinsuang doh jamban (I will read when I am in the toilet);

Mambasa oku sambil do poingakan akan (I will read while I eat);

Om, ontok do nai' noh ngai' doh buuk basaan ku, hino ngai' nondo tihumon ku maan basaan (If I've run out of books to read, I'll find anything that I can read on).

Hino ngai' basaan ku (There are many things that I read);
Tin-tin om butul-butul (Cans and bottles).

Nai' nopo ngai' om aiso noh koilo doh basaan hino walai om, mongoi oku noh hino sikul id siriba doh walai ku (If I've run out of everything that can be read, then I'll resort to the library situated at the school below my house area). Ondos nuh om, poingkuro oku dah mongolos doh buuk mantad hino sikul (How do you think I borrowed the books from the library at the school)

Kada kosusa doh ginawo kie (Don't worry). Okon ko takahon ku tih buuk, nga oloson ku nopo (I'm not stealing these books, but only borrowing). Pogulian oku iih kalapas doh nabasa ku (I'll give it back after I've read it).

Bah, hiti noh tompok do sorita ku baino, gisom oh kopiruba tokou kaagu (Okay, so here is the end of my story, until we meet again). Sumonong-sonong noh ki (Take care).
