At 1634, the tribe was supported by the English("white people") and making them the strongest tribes in the South New England territory. Notice that the English is entering their land.
- However, as the English expanded further into the Mohican territories, the Mohicans sold their land and accepted a reservation along the Thames river.
- By the early 19th century, the Mohican tribe became exctinct.
- In this modern day, many languages and tribes are disappearing from the earth.How about dusun? Will it disappear from the earth?Kadazandusun Language, a Borneo language, also faced the threat of extinction, like many other languages in the world.
- There is a theory that if the language lost, the culture also lost.
- Or maybe, it is the time of the last Dusuns?
